PAF Capacity Building

The capacity building programme for PAF is aimed at enhancing capacities at different levels in order for them to effectively translate and implement the programme. Through this intervention, it is hoped that structures would understand and consequently effectively fulfil their roles and responsibilities.Part of the capacity building is to promote increased understanding and appreciation of the PAF vision at various levels. This will enhance self-understanding and thus broaden self-understanding of what PAF stands for, its values, ethics and aspirations.

capacity Training of trainers in all aspects of the project cycle activities and improvements to the technical quality of programme implementation are the themes.

Objectives

To train PAF structures at various levels in how to plan, implement, manage and maintain development.
To Enhance capacities of PAF structures to deliver PAF mission.
To operate CABLACS in selected communities to promote recreational and innovative practices at local levels.
To create and strengthen capacity of PAF to undertake educational research.
