PAF Mumbwa and Bulungu Basic School in Mumbwa District joined the rest of the world on 22/03/17 in celebrating and commemorating the World Water Day under the theme:”Why waste water”. The theme was aimed at raising awareness through community sensitization on how to preserve water such as reducing wasting water and how to re-use the already used water!!!
The event which was characterized with speeches from the guest of honor,medical officer and some cultural dances, pulled a crowd of people as they joined in to listen and learn the importance of preserving water and how to reuse the waste water and improve the sanitation.
-Water is life as it is key to good health and sanitation.
