The REFLECT Approach.
To carry out our work with whole communities, we use the Reflect Approach, a participatory methodology for critical analysis of issues and for social change.
Reflect is an approach to social change which provides opportunity to learn basic literacy skills and to raise the adult’s capacity, and confidence, to engage effectively in their own development. It uses problem solving tools which promote critical thinking and analysis, and fosters innovation and creativity.
Reflect’s main aim is to bring about a change of mindset concerning whose responsibility it is to ensure that all aspects of household and community life are being addressed.
