Objectives Build Capacity of Community groups to collect, analyse social indicators of development. Collect, compile and disseminate various forms of social statistics to monitor effects of PAF development programmes. Prepare a survey to be administered by PAF which aims to assess the impact of PAF. Share impact of activities on the welfare of rural households
