In the picture below are the four members from Kampasha Relect Circle in Mambwe District as they visited the District Women’s Association (DWA) to learn how to make artificial sanitary pads as an Income Generating Activity (IGA). This is a brilliant idea and PAF with support from its partners will adopt it and have the girls in the GAFs, CA
BLACs and mentors trained on the same so that they are able to make them when in need and for sustainability purposes as they can as well be sold.
PAF needs more of such community initiatives and engagement for strengthened community involvement in the school development through resource mobilization
