Local Sanitary pads in the making in Kamphasa, Mabwe District!!

Four PAF members from Kamphasa Reflect Circle in Mambwe District, Eastern Province visited the District Women’s Association to learn how to make sanitary pads from readily available local materials as an income generating activity (IGA).

PAF intends to adopt the brilliant business idea not only for its potential to generate income for the CABLACs (PAF community learning centres) but also for its practical application for the girls which will contribute to a reduction in absenteeism.

PAF supports community initiatives and engagement for strengthened community involvement in school development through resource mobilization.
